The Reno Bike Project is proud to be hosting Reno’s Ride of Silence.
The Ride of Silence is an international ride held on the same day every year to remember those cyclist who have been hit or killed by motorist.
The ride is 8-12 miles and is ridden in silence.
We will meet at the Reno Bike Project shop at 4:30 pm and ride out from here. We are Located in the S.E. corner of the 250 bell street building. In the alley between Bell St. and Ralston st.
We will ride from there through downtown and then south and loop back to the shop.
We encourage everyone to come and remember our fellow riders.

Artist Austin Baker came back to town this last weekend to finish the installation of the “4-Cycle Hitch” bike rack in front of City Hall. This was the first of five racks that we will be installing, all from different artists. It was a lot of hard work and early early mornings but the bike rack is awesome and convenient right near the 1st Street entrance. Within hours there were two bikes locked to it, which just goes to show how needed it was. Please go check it out some time and let us know what you think. Thanks to the Nevada Arts Council and Reno Public Arts Commission for funding this great project. Out Kyle
